The International Urban and Regional Cooperation (IURC) EU – Latin America and the Caribbean (IURC-LAC) programme fosters partnerships between cities and regions from LAC and their counterparts in Europe. Participating countries include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and selected Caribbean cities.
Activities include thematic clusters, bilateral and multilateral exchanges, pilot project implementation through a Competitive Fund, study visits and international events.
